Out of frustration with hearing people complain they couldn't find "good" Black-owned businesses, Tanisha Blakely emailed her friends, family, and colleagues — asking them to share their favorite Black-owned companies.
We launched in 2016 as an online guide of people's favorite retail, food, and travel businesses. Today, we've expanded our market to all professional Black-Owned service providers.
